Teigan didn’t hesitate to announce the pregnancy, she said.
“Every appointment I say to myself, ‘OK, if I’m healthy today, I’ll post,’ but then I breathe a sigh of relief when I hear my heartbeat and decide I’m still too nervous,” she wrote.
